金朝武 （英文名：Horace King）
中南大学（原长沙铁道学院）英语本科、翻译专业硕士；佛罗里达大学税法学硕士；北京大学经济法学博士。
研究领域包括：税法、竞争法、公司法、消费者权益保护法等。
曾担任 China Legal News （香港）主编（2003-2004）；《中国法学》（英文刊）英文编辑（2000-20006）；
曾任美国圣?托马斯大学法学院、美国托马斯?杰斐逊法学院（加州）兼职教授，讲授中国税法；
欧洲税法教授协会会员；中国财税法学教育研究会理事；中国消费者权益保护法研究会理事；

Former adjunct professor of St. Thomas University School of Law; now adjunct professor of Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, U.S.A.
Member of the European Association of Tax Law Professors; member of the Executive Board of China Fiscal and Tax Law Education Society; member of the Executive Board of China Consumers Protection Law Society under China Law Society.
