田野，男，副教授，1977年7月生。2001年获得中国科技大学电子信息工程学士学位，2004年获得中国科技大学计算机软件与理论硕士学位，2007年获得香港中文大学计算机科学博士学位。2007.12-2008.9在美国霍华德大学（Howard University）做博士后研究员，从事容迟网络研究。2008年9月开始到中国科学技术大学工作。作为技术骨干参加了包括香港研究资助局项目，国家863计划和霍华德大学Mordecai Wyatt Johnson基金项目等科研项目共8项。在国际高水平期刊和会议上发表论文十余篇。

计算机网络和分布式系统，无线自组织网络，无线传感器网络，P2P系统，应用层网络。
