1967年生，博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。1997年中国科学院安徽光机所硕士毕业，2002年于山西大学物理电子工程学院光学专业获得理学博士学位，2002年后在台湾中央研究院原子与分子科学研究所博士后。主要从事激光光谱学方面的科研工作，已发表论文三十余篇。近期代表性的论文有:
