吕勇哉老师介绍
吕勇哉,男,1937年出生,毕业于浙江大学化工学院过程控制专业。特聘教授,博士生导师。主要从事工业控制与优化专业的研究,包括SystemsModelingandProcessControl,DataMiningandKnowledgeDiscovery,EvolutionaryComputation,SupplyChainManagementandLogistics等。

1、InnovatedanAdvancedProductionScheduling(APS)systemwithprofitandevolutionaryoptimizationforhybridmanufacturingprocesses,TheinnovationhasbeensubmittedforaUSPatentunderpending;
2、Areal-timeoptimizationsystemforFCCU(FluidizedCatalyticCrackingUnit)atalarge-scaleoilrefinerytooptimizecrackingproductdistributionswithmonitoringFCCUoperatingconditions;ReceivedMinistryScienceandtechnologyAwardinChina;
3、Innovatedanintegratedneuralnetworkcontrolsystemforamodernhotdipcoatinglinewithcoatingweightpredictionandadaptivelearningcontrol.ThissystemreplacedtheoriginalNKKsystemimportedfromJapan.Thissystemwasrecognizedasthefirstneurallearningcontrolsystemforhotdipcoatinglineintheworld.Duetotheapplicationsofthisnovelsystem,a5%reductioninZincmaterialconsumptionandan8%increaseinfinishedproductyieldwereobtained;Received1995AISEKellyAwardintheUSA。
