Dr. Jianli Fan has served as the President Assistant at eHealth China (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. Since March 2007. He is also the Project Manager for the http://www.ubao.com project which was launched in September 2007. He has worked as a Sr. Software Engineer and Tech Lead at eHealth Inc. a leading online health insurance broker in USA since 2000. He is one of the key contributors in the engineering for the company successful IPO, one of the best NASDAQ IPOs in 2006. Before joining eHealth in 2000, Dr. Fan worked at Uniscape Inc. for the first version web based Translation Management System. Prior to Uniscape, Dr. Fan was Project Manager at Mt. Marven Joint Venture in Australia. He holds two software patents. Dr. Fan holds a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, and M.S. and B.S. degrees from Peking University.
