丛晓明,英国纽卡斯尔商学院管理学博士,对外经济贸易大学国际经济贸易学院副教授。

1982年毕业于原北京对外贸易学院海关管理系,获经济学学士；1982-1985年在北京外贸学院攻读国际贸易专业硕士研究生,获经济学硕士并留校任教；1986-1987年在伦敦出口有限公司北京办事处实习,从事外贸进出口业务 （commodity trading）；1989-1990在英国兰卡斯特大学进修信息管理； 1991-1992年在英国Waterford Wedgewood Ltd. 从事市场营销工作。1993-1995年在中国进出口总公司美国洛杉矶子公司Sinochem Venture, Inc. 从事原油,成品油,化工品等贸易工作。1999年上半年在澳大利亚国立大学进行WTO专题研究。2001-2005年在英国鲁顿大学攻读知识管理专业的Mphil,并兼任教学助教；2005-2008 在英国纽卡斯尔商学院攻读管理学博士。现任对外经济贸易大学技术管理研究中心副主任。
主要讲授国际贸易实务,国际贸易惯例与规则。
学术研究方向：国际贸易法律与实务,国际贸易惯例,知识管理,组织学习和组织文化。
