个人简历
兑关锁：男，河南省清丰县人,美国Houston大学固体力学博士。现为北京交通大学土建学院力学所的特聘岗教授，博士生导师。从事“复合材料细观力学”、“塑性力学”、“弹性理论数学基础”等课程教学，并承担国家自然科学基金重点、横向科研项目等多项。
曾有着力学、数学、机械制造、水工结构四个专业系统学习的经历。1985年以优异的成绩通过了中国科学院纯数学专业的研究生考试，获中国矿业大学（北京）获得计算结构力学硕士学位，美国Houston大学固体力学博士学位。从教二十多年来，曾承担了十余门课程的教学工作。
在细观力学、连续介质力学、土力学、热动力学、计算力学、功能材料等方面取得了许多突破性的工作。在美国攻读博士期间给出一种简单的计算复合材料有效模量的方法。该方法不但精确，而且还适用于大体积份数情况，这是已有方法所不能做到的。在连续介质力学中张量不变性表示方面取得了系统性成果，特别是高玉臣院士对发表在《中国科学》的关于张量函数导数问题，给予了高度的评价，认为是连续介质力学方面的重大突破，解决了顶级学者多年关注但未能解决的问题。在计算力学方面，1986～1989年曾于中国矿业大学就读计算结构力学硕士，构造了薄厚板统一的有限单元，较好地解决了计算中的剪切自锁问题，近期提出的切线刚度的计算方法比已有方法的计算速度提高一倍以上。在土力学方面，与沈珠江院士合作的文章中提出的关于岩土损伤模型已被他人采用，在美国期间对土的热动力学方面也进行了研究。美国工程院院士、原美国工程院院长、原美国力学学会主席、原加州大学Berkley分校工程学院副院长、Rice大学工程院院长MMCarroll教授对该同志在多孔介质热动力学方面的工作也给予了高度评价。近年来，在J.Elast.,Int.J.SolidsStruct.,MathematicsandMechanicsofsolids,Mech.Rech.Commun.,Appl.Math.Mech.中国科学等杂志发表论文50余篇，已被SCI收录二十余篇，部分结果已被国外教科书和文献所引用。
