Towey副教授获得都柏林大学圣三一学院计算语言学士以及硕士学位，香港大学计算机学博士。在过去的20多年里在世界各个不同的地方生活。有十多年的英文以及计算机技术的教学经验。目前是统计与计算智能研究所（ISCI）成员和国际性杂志《跨文化学术研究》的助理编辑。 擅长英、法、日等多国语言。
