朱林繁(Zhu Lin Fan），男，汉族，教授。1971年出生于河南，1994年获中国科技大学核物理专业学士学位，1999年获中国科学技术大学原子分子物理专业博士学位。1999-2007年，中国科技大学近代物理系讲师、副教授，期间分别于2001年10月至2002年1月、2006年2月在日本电气通信大学做访问学者。2007年12月起任中国科技大学近代物理系教授。
长期从事原子分子物理和电子碰撞谱学的研究和教学工作，先后把飞行时间质谱技术和多道能谱测量技术成功用于电子能量损失谱仪，建成了高分辨多道电子能量损失符合谱仪，在此基础上系统开展了惰性原子、碱金属原子和小分子的快电子碰撞激发研究，并在原子分子的快电子碰撞激发机制、禁戒跃迁的观测和标识等方面取得了一些创新性成果。
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目两项、国家基金重点项目子课题两项，并参加多项国家基金项目、科学院及九院项目。在国内外学术刊物上发表论文60余篇，在国际学术会议上做邀请报告两次、口头报告3次。2004年获得安徽省自然科学二等奖一项，2007年入选“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”。
目前在研项目：1、“分子框架下超激发态的快电子能量损失和离子解离的符合实验研究”，国家自然科学基金重点项目子课题，2008-2011；2、“钠原子自电离态的高分辨快电子碰撞研究”，国家基金面上项目，2009-2011。
