杨凤林，男，
1944年8月生，
1969年毕业于大连工学院化工系，
1981年获工学硕士学位，现任大连理工大学环境工程研究设计所所长、教授、博士生导师、环境科学与工程学院学科建设委员会主任。
自1981年以来，主要从事环境科学与工程领域的教学与科研工作。

主要研究方向：
（1）膜分离技术，主要研究内容：膜生物反应器（MBR)、曝气膜生物膜反应器（AMBfMR)、动态膜生物反应器、超滤（UF）和反渗透（RO）处理技术；
（2）先进生物处理技术，主要研究内容：好氧颗粒污泥、厌氧氨氧化（ANAMMOX）、同时硝化反硝化除磷等；
（3）环境电化学技术，主要研究内容：导电聚合物电极材料、微生物燃料电池、电Fenton和电氧化还原处理污水应用基础研究；
（4）工业生态与环境规划，主要研究内容：工业生态园规划、流域水循环经济、污染场地风险评价与生态修复；
（5）污水深度处理与回用技术，主要研究内容：工业废水与污水处理厂出水深度处理回用的集成技术。
