吕玉琴老师介绍
电路教研中心主任，全国高校电路、信号与系统教学与教材研究会常务理事，硕士生导师。1964年至1969年就读于北京邮电学院。1969年开始在北京邮电大学工作，主讲"高等数学"、"非线性电路分析基础"、"电路分析基础"、"信号与系统"、"电路分析基础程序设计"等课程，积极致力于教学管理和教学改革，出版了《电路、信号与系统分析程序集》（第一版和第二版），《信号与系统考研指导》、《信号与系统电子教案》等教材及其辅导书。近年主持了教学改革项目"信号与系统与数字信号信号处理课程整合与内容改革"、"信号与系统教学大纲改革"等教改项目。任北京邮电大学信号与系统课程负责人，信号与系统校级精品课程建设负责人。1996年至1998年主持和完成了与原邮电部洛阳电话机厂的合作项目"HIC998T(LCD)型IC卡电话系统"的研制，此项目取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益，1998年获得了邮电部科技进步三等奖。1999年主持电信总局项目"全国IC卡公用电话管理系统工程"，此项目目前已经经过终验。2000年开始与企业合作自主研发"餐饮信息系统"，目前与渥太华大学合作研制"基于SIP协议的IP电话终端"等电子产品。
研究生招生方向为智能信息终端与通信软件，网络安全等。
LU Yuqin, Professor
Prof. Lu is a dean of Circuit and Signal, Vice-director of teaching and teaching material study council of electrical circuit, signal and system, and tutor of master. Her research interests are intelligent information terminal, communication software, and network security. Prof. Lu studied in Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) in 1969, and graduated in 1973. From 1973 till now, she has given many courses, including Advance mathematics, Basic analysis of electrical circuit, Nonlinearity analysis of electrical circuit, Signal and system, and Program design for the analysis of electrical circuit. Prof. has published some books for teaching reformation and management, such as program design for the analysis of electrical circuit, Signal and system (Editions 1 and 2), the guidance for enrollment examination of the graduate students on the course of signal and system, and electron-version teaching plan on the course of signal and system. She works as the principal of the course of signal and system of BUPT, and the principal of the university-class excellent course construction for the course of signal and system. She was charge on the projects on teaching reformation and management, such as course conformity and content reformation for the courses of signal and system, and digital signal processing, a general outline reformation for the course of signal and system.
From 1996 to 1998, Prof. Lv was presided over "HIC998T (LCD) IC phone and system" which is obtained the 3rd Award of Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1998. She was charge on the project of chief bureau of telecommunications "public telephone management system using IC card" in 1999, which has passed through the final examination. She began the cooperations with the enterprises to study the projects "management informative system of restaurant" in 2000. Now she cooperates with Ottawa University in the project "IP phone terminal based on SIP protocol
