杨田林，男，1960年10月生，籍贯：山东潍坊市，致公党员。职称：教授，学位：硕士。1998年研究生毕业于山东大学物理与微电子学院，中国电子协会高级会员。现任职务：山东大学威海分校空间科学与物理学院副院长。
主要研究方向和成果：从事氧化物半导体、半导体器件和发光材料的研究，首次在柔性衬底上制备出ZnO:Al透明导电膜，在Thin Solid Films上以快报的形式发表，该文被SCI索引，至今被引用59次。在世界和国内核心刊物上发表论文38篇，其中,SCI收录8篇；CA收录6篇。参加完成了省级项目3项，国家自然基金1项， 2002年12月，氧化物光电薄膜的研究获教育部提名国家科学技术（自然科学奖）一等奖。目前，正参与国家自然基金2项，主持省自然基金1项。
