杨田林,男,1960年10月生,籍贯:山东潍坊市,致公党员。职称:教授,学位:硕士。1998年研究生毕业于山东大学物理与微电子学院,中国电子协会高级会员。现任职务:山东大学威海分校空间科学与物理学院副院长。
主要研究方向和成果:从事氧化物半导体、半导体器件和发光材料的研究,首次在柔性衬底上制备出ZnO:Al透明导电膜,在Thin Solid Films上以快报的形式发表,该文被SCI索引,至今被引用59次。在世界和国内核心刊物上发表论文38篇,其中,SCI收录8篇;CA收录6篇。参加完成了省级项目3项,国家自然基金1项, 2002年12月,氧化物光电薄膜的研究获教育部提名国家科学技术(自然科学奖)一等奖。目前,正参与国家自然基金2项,主持省自然基金1项。
