1985-1989，北京科技大学，学士学位。
1989-1992，中国科学院固体物理研究所硕士研究生，硕士学位。
1993-1994，中国科学院固体物理研究所博士研究生。
1994-1997，德国Goettingen大学物理系博士研究生，自然哲学博士学位。
1998-1999, 中国科学院物理研究所博士后。
1999-2002, 获日本原子技术联合研究中心资助，在该联合研究中心任研究员(Research Scientist)。
2003-2005, 香港科技大学从事研究助理工作。
2005年-，中国科技大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室研究员，兼任中国科技大学材料系教授。目前主要从事高转换效率薄膜半导体太阳电池材料和器件制备.毕业研究生可以获得货真价实的专业知识.
