1995年7月获大连理工大学等离子体物理专业理学硕士学位
1998年6月获中国科学技术大学等离子体物理专业理学博士学位
2002年10月被大连理工大学聘为教授
科研领域与主要成就
92-95年从事电弧等离子体方面的研究工作；95年以来开展了尘埃等离子体,低温等离子体鞘层，空间等离子体物理等方面的研究工作。95年以来在国内外重要期刊上发表论文近50篇。
