初文峰,男,中共党员,中国药理学会会员。初文峰老师于1995年进入哈尔滨医科大学学习,2006年获得哈尔滨医科大学药理教研室博士学位,同年毕业后留药理教研室工作,并破格晋升为副教授。2007年4月-2008年11月在美国南卡罗莱医科大学肾病系进行博士后工作,完成离子通道与多囊肾疾病的研究工作。2007年获得黑龙江省科技厅一等奖一项(心源性猝死发生及药物干预新调控点研究),此外初文峰老师注重产,学,研结合,2005年~2007年先后获得中国博士后基金、黑龙江省青年基金、黑龙江省博士后基金,黑龙江省卫生厅基金,哈尔滨市青年基金各一项,发明专利5项。初文峰副教授经过系统、深入的研究发现血小板激活因子(PAF)为心肌缺血和心律失常的危险因子,提出PAF诱导心肌细胞凋亡与细胞钙超载有关,并证明IP3信号途径参与这一过程。此外,他还发现血小板激活因子拮抗剂可减缓缺血性心肌损伤,并采用动物实验,共聚焦显微镜和膜片钳筛选出槲寄生黄酮苷作为PAF拮抗剂可对心肌缺血和心律失常具有明显防治作用。目前为止,已经发表科技论文20余篇,其中SCI收录论文9篇(5篇为第一作者)。
