Founder of “English for Your Success” (http://e4ys.com) an English as a Second Language website designed to complement the classroom experience. I currently utilize this website for ongoing classes at Southern Medical University, and I will continue to employ its benefits in any contracted institution. I am also willing to train other teachers who expressly desire to learn more about Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Founding member of the, Association of Teachers of English as a Second Language in China ATEFLC. This is a newly formed organization which brings both Foreign and Chinese EFL teachers together for intercultural professional development. The first annual conference is scheduled for June 2008
Develop Strategic Plan for the Asian American Civic association – Automotive Career Education Program PACE. PACE is a partnership to help automotive service employers fill entry-level positions with workers who have historically inferior access to labor market opportunities due to language barriers and other socio-economic issues.
