课题组研究兴趣:
课题组主要开展与发现和优化药物先导化合物相关的组合化学与化学生物学研究工作,重点解决在寻找和优化药物先导化合物的过程中一些与组合化学与化学生物学相关的方法、技术、理论等前沿性科学问题。包括组合合成“骨架导向”的小分子杂环化合物化学库、多肽及多肽模拟物化学库、以天然产物为骨架分子的化学库、“协同作用”化学库、抗肿瘤及抗感染的协同治疗作用等,以及与此化学库相关的快速定性和定量分析、固载化分子定性与定量、固载化分子间的相互作用等研究内容。课题组的研究目标是寻找抗肿瘤、抗病毒药物以及与肿瘤和病毒感染性疾病相关的免疫治疗药物和疫苗。其中以本课题组牵头并与国内其他课题组共同联合申请有关SARS-CoV多肽疫苗的研究获得了美国国家健康研究所(NIH)的资助(2005,4-2010,3)。
