1999年11月～2001年11月：应德国明斯特大学Pollmann教授的邀请，在德国明斯特大学凝聚态理论物理研究所进行博士后研究。主要研究工作为Ⅲ族氮化物半导体GaN和IV族化合物半导体SiC表面的电子性质
1996年8月～1998年6月：在中国科学院物理所博士后流动站工作。主要从事扫描隧道显微术(STM)的理论研究。
1988年7月～1992年12月：在河南师范大学分析测试中心工作。主要从事穆斯堡尔谱和正电子寿命谱实验。
主要学历：
1992年12月～1996年8月：在冶金部钢铁研究总院攻读博士学位，获工学博士学位，主要探讨硼、锆及氢等元素对金属间化合物Ni3Al 晶界的韧化及脆化作用机制。
1985年9月～1988年7月：在河南师范大学物理系理论物理专业读硕士，获理学硕士学位。主要工作为利用 GREEN函数方法研究金属、合金及半导体表面与界面电子结构。
