邵伟国，男，1959年10月出生，浙江三门人，教授。
1985年毕业于浙江师范大学外语系，1991年毕业于南京大学研究生院。2004年北京大学访学一年。现任台州学院教务处处长。兼任台州市外文与翻译学会副会长兼秘书长，浙江省外文学会会员，全国外国语言文化比较学会会员。
1985年至今从事高等教育，任教过综合英语、英语语法、英语语言学等英语专业课，有较扎实的理论基础、专业知识和较丰富的教学经验，教学受到好评。
多次获先进教师、教学奖、优秀共产党员等称号。1999年获曾宪梓全国优秀教师奖三等奖。2002年获浙江省教学成果奖二等奖。1996年、1999年获省教委第二届、第三届优秀教育教学成果奖一、三等奖。2003年获浙江省高校“三育人”先进个人，1997年获浙江省普通高校招生工作先进个人，2002年获台州市直机关优秀党员等荣誉称号。
科研成果较丰硕。获省高师教育科研奖，台州市第五届、第六届社科优秀成果奖，校科研奖等多次。1997年获台州市首届青年科技新秀称号，1998年、2000年连续入选台州市首届、第二届中青年学术排行榜前10名。在《外语教学与研究》、《高等师范教育研究》、《解放军外语学院学报》、《四川外语学院学报》、《南昌大学学报》等学术刊物上发表论文近40篇，出版著作《平阳公主与卫青》，参编教材、词典等多部，主持或参与省、市、校级科研项目30余项。
