　　教育背景：英语应用语言学专业硕士(北京外国语大学)
　　2003年8月至今，担任北外网院院长助理，负责评估和测试中心以及考务和成绩管理中心的工作。
　　2002年5月至今，担任北外网院评估与测试中心主任。组织和协调各类考试大纲制订，命题、审题工作的协调；各类考题的终审；各类考试的考务和成绩管理工作。
　　在2001年1月至2002年4月，担任北外网院课程设计与开发中心主任。负责课程设置的策划和教材开发的协调工作。
　　2000年至2001年，获国家留学基金委的资助，在英国诺丁汉大学英语系进行了为期一年的研究。研究的课题是中国学生在使用英语进行交际时遇到的困难以及对英语教学的启示。
　　1996年至今，教授过一系列英语技能课。感兴趣的研究领域包含跨文化交际中的语用困难、母语在英语课堂上的使用状况、阅读教学、学习者培训、以及语言测试。
　　1997年3月至5月，在香港大学英语中心任研究助理。从事英语学习方法研究工作。
　　1997年9月至1999年1月，参加中英合作“英语远程教育教材项目”的开发工作。参与了“英语教学法(上)”和“论文项目设计”两书的编写工作。
