教育背景: 研究兴趣：
任兵教授在进入南开商学院以前的研究兴趣主要在企业间的网络组织形式、公司治理等课题。近年来，集中于两方面的研究。第一是中国企业的公司层面战略，包括上市公司的治理结构，多元化；以及在经济转型和制度变迁的大背景下，企业的特殊的战略选择及其对绩效的影响。第二是从社会移动角度（social movement perspective）和权力角度（power perspective）探讨转型中出现的多种经济主体之间的互动及其对经济结构与绩效的影响。未来的研究领域还将拓展到企业间网络、控制结构与创新的关系；以及区域企业间网络与企业家精神和创业导向的关系。
欢迎有兴趣从事以上研究课题者报读硕士研究生。
