新疆师范大学外国语学院教师、博士、副教授、硕士生导师。现为美国应用语言学协会会员 (AAAL)和国际跨文化交际研究协会会员 (IAICS)。
学习经历：
1985年 新疆伊犁师范学院英语语言文学专业本科毕业。
1996年 毕业于新西兰维多利亚大学应用语言学专业，硕士学位
2004年 毕业于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学语言学专业，博士学位
