刘慧清，女，1968年9月出生。
2004年6月毕业于中科院数学与系统科学研究院，获理学博士学位。
2004年7月至2005年８月在南开大学数学学院工作。
2005年９月调入湖北大学工作。现为湖北大学数学与计算机科学学院数学系副教授，硕士生导师。主要从事运筹学、图论与组合最优化方面的研究。
2006年-2008年，参与承担国家自然科学基金面上项目“图的结构、参数及其应用的研究”(No. 10571105)。
2006年-2008年，参与国家自然科学青年基金面上项目“若干高维连续问题的计算复杂性”(No. 10501026)。
2007年-2009年， 参与承担国家自然科学基金面上项目“图因子、路系统及相关问题”(No. 10671081)。
2008年-2009年，主持湖北省教育厅自然科学基金重点项目“图的拓扑指标及相关的组合结构”(No. D20081005)。
