张宏冰老师介绍
张宏冰,三峡大学医学院临床医学本科,华中科技大学同济医学院心胸外科硕士,美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)医学院博士,哈佛医学院博士后、讲师。现任中国医学科学院、北京协和医学院特聘教授,博士生导师,基础医学研究所生理和病理生理系、医学分子生物学国家重点实验室成员,为国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。在肿瘤与PI3K-AKT-TSC1/2-mTOR传导通路异常的研究作出了贡献,从分子水平上揭示了信号传递通路中不同水平上的改变可导致良性或恶性肿瘤。
目前研究方向:肿瘤的发生机制,早期诊断和靶向治疗
  主要探讨细胞分化、细胞衰老、自噬、DNA损伤。并与协和医院肝脏外科合作研究肝癌的血清标记物的发现和应用,血清标记物的发生机制和生物学效应;与呼吸内科共同探讨PI3K-AKT-TSC-mTOR 信号传导通路在肺损伤和修复中的作用。
