简 介
  主要从事仪器分析的教学和科研工作。近年来在蛋白质,生物药物,环境有害物质和食品添加剂的流动注射发光分析,痕量物质的新技术,新方法的研究方面做了大量富有创新性的工作。2000年以来,主持陕西省自然科学基金项目和省教育厅科技研究项目5项;发表学术论文90余篇,其中在SCI源期刊发表学术论文60余篇;获陕西省政府科技进步叁等奖1项,陕西省环境保护贰等奖1项;编写研究生学位课英文教材Modern Optical Methods of Analysis,双语教材Introduction to Modern Analytical Chemistry等三部。宋正华老师所领导的分子光谱研究组,将开展蛋白质组学和食品分析方面的研究工作。该研究工作将以蛋白质与小分子的相互作用为依据,通过蛋白质超分子的光化学行为以及氧化还原性质,观察配体对活性蛋白的构象变化和表面特性的影响,阐明药物和有害物质对蛋白质的作用原理;建立快速测定蛋白质及痕量有害物质的新技术,新方法。
