Executive Education (经理教学):
Mediated/negotiated and implemented an annual executive education program for China’s No. 1 automobile company First Auto Works (FAW, Changchun, Jilin Province) with the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Irvine. FAW sends their executives to UC Irvine for training. Coordinated the progress of the executive education program for FAW; translated and adapted the teaching materials into Chinese; also acted as the real-time translator in class: bridging gaps between cultures.
