男，1957年5月生，江苏阜宁人。博士后，博士生导师，南京工业大学土木工程学院特聘教授。
1978．2-1982．7，清华大学工程力学系固体力学专业本科生，获工学学士学位。
1982．8-1985．3，清华大学工程力学系一般力学专业研究生，获工学硕士学位。
1985．4-2006．3，南京理工大学机械工程学院机械设计及自动化系任教。
2006．3-至今，南京工业大学土木工程学院任教。
1985-1987年，南京理工大学机械工程学院机械设计及自动化系助教。
1987-1992年，南京理工大学机械工程学院机械设计及自动化系讲师。
1992-1995年， 南京理工大学机械工程学院机械设计及自动化系副教授。
1995-2000年，南京理工大学机械工程学院机械设计及自动化系教授。
2000-2006年，南京理工大学理学院力学与工程科学系教授。

主要科研经历、成果
参加的研究课题《计算机辅助自动武器设计》获得兵器工业部1991年度科技进步三等奖和1990年度江苏省科技进步四等奖。参加的研究课题《高性能工程塑料在枪械设计中的应用》获得1999年度国防科学技术三等奖。两篇论文获得南京市第四届自然科学优秀论文二等和三等奖。先后在香港大学和英国曼切斯特大学从事研究工作8年，参加的研究课题有：香港大学研究发展基金课题，Study on hydroelastic vibrations of structures, 1998-1999。香港政府RGC基金课题，Analysis of building structures using hybrid stress hexahedral elements，2000-2004。香港大学研究发展基金课题，Three-dimensional vibration analysis of structural components using Chebyshev polynomials, 2002-2004。英国政府EPSRC基金课题，Prediction of floor vibration induced by walking loads and verification using available measurements，2004-2006。英国Leverhulme基金课题，Human-structure interaction-applying body biodynamics into structural dynamics, 2003-2006。发表学术论文150余篇，被SCI收录论文50余篇，SCI检索他人引用94次，是十多个国际著名学术期刊的固定审稿人。
