Dr. Li was born in Chengdu, China, in 1972. From 1993 to 1998 and from 2001 to 2002, he had been an engineer at Chengdu Aircraft Design and Research Institute and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., respectively. He received the Ph.D. degree in computer application technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), in 2008. Currently, he is a teacher with School of Computer Science & Engineering, UESTC. His current research interests include the theory and application of Rough Sets theory, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
