刘名茗： 女， 1978年12月生，湖南平江人，博士，讲师。主持国家自然科学基金1项，参与3项，发表研究论文10多篇，其中SCI论文10篇，获国家发明专利3项，获中国人民解放军科技进步二等奖1项。
