罗文坚，男，1974 年11月生，博士，副教授。分别于1998年7月、2003 年7月在中国科学技术大学计算机科学技术系获得学士学位和博士学位。主持完成或正在主持国家自然科学基金和安徽省教育厅自然科学基金重点项目各一项，并先后参加了包括国家自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目、国家863项目、安徽省自然科学基金、国家博士点基金等在内的多个项目。曾获安徽省优秀教学成果二等奖、安徽省科技进步三等奖各一项。
研究方向：智能计算及其应用，包括人工免疫系统、进化计算、硬件进化、网络与信息安全以及数据挖掘等。
