兰恒友，男，生于1969年8月，硕士研究生，教授，四川省杰出青年学科带头人资助人选，四川省高等学校第八届十佳青年教师，美国数学会评论员，国际杂志Journal of Advanced Research in Fuzzy and Uncertain Systems (JARFUS)编委，人工智能四川省(高校)重点实验室主研人员，四川理工学院数学学科首批学术带头人后备人选，现任理学院副院长，分管科研工作。1991年7月加入中国共产党，1993年7月毕业于四川师范大学数学专业，同月分配到四川理工学院（原四川轻化工学院）基础部数学教研室工作，2003年6月研究生毕业于四川大学数学学院运筹学与控制论专业，获得硕士学位。2007年12月破额晋升为教授。近四年来，年度考核3年为优秀，曾承担研究生《实验设计与数据处理》等课程的主讲，本科《高等数学》、《线性代数》、《概率论与数理统计》、《线性规划》、《运筹学》、《最优化方法》、《数学建模》等理论课程的主讲、《数学实验》、《数学建模上机》等实践课程及应数、信计本科毕业设计（论文）的指导，一年一度的全国大学生数学建模竞赛的组织、培训和指导等工作。于2005.1-2应邀访问韩国庆尚大学和庆南大学；曾多次应邀为美国、韩国、印度、英国、加拿大、荷兰及国内的多种重要学术刊物审稿；承担科研项目8项，其中主持科技厅科研项目1项、省教育厅科研项目2项，主研国家自然科学基金和省科技厅应用基础项目各1项、省教育厅科研项目2项、校科研项目3项。发表科研论文70余篇，其中SCI、EI、ISTP收录近50篇(含接收发表)，学术论文荣获自贡市自然科学优秀学术论文“三等奖”2次。指导青年教师6名，负责应用数学学科团队1个方向的科学研究；获得自贡市自然科学优秀学术论文奖“一等奖”1次、“三等奖”2次，2003，2004-2005学年院“教学十佳”，2005-2006学年院“优秀教师”；主持院级精品课程《数学建模》的建设，总的组织、指导一年一度的全国大学生数学建模竞赛，具体指导的队获四川赛区“二等奖”、“三等奖”各1次。
