王际辉老师介绍
男,1969年出生,教授,博士生导师,粮食、油脂、植物蛋白工程学科带头人。韩国忠北大学博士毕业,韩国国立首尔大学(原汉城大学)博士后出站,英国牛津大学高级访问学者。承担国际合作研究课题、国家、省市纵向课题及企业横向课题十余项,发表论文30余篇,其中12篇被SCI收录。主要研究方向:功能性油脂;食品生物技术;动物-食品科学;细胞及蛋白质工程。
