主要研究领域

目前的主要研究方向为纳米材料、计算材料学和薄膜物理。本研究组主要从事ZnO和相关纳米材料的制备、结构调控、性能优化、器件开发以及相关的理论研究工作。实验室有纳米材料的制备、结构表征、性能测试和器件制作的各种先进设备,其中包括多功能扫描探针显微镜(SPM),四探针纳米操纵和测量系统,高性能计算集群,磁控溅射仪和拉曼光谱等大型设备。在理论计算方法,具有多种第一性原理和分子动力学计算软件包,可以开展相纳米材料的结构和性能预测,材料设计方面的研究工作,包括纳米材料生长模式,力、光、电、磁等物理性能的预测。
