丛琳老师介绍
丛琳,获硕士学位。2000年9月就读于华东师范大学对外汉语学院对外汉语系，2004 年7月本科毕业后免试直升该校该系研究生，专业为语言学及应用语言学，研究方向为对外汉语教学。获得汉语作为外语教学能力高级证书，普通话水平二级甲等。现专职从事对外汉语教学工作。
参加过美国Furmen大学、弗吉尼亚大学、威斯理女子大学的文化交流活动。在上海东方汉韵语言中心、上海中国语学院等汉语培训机构担任过汉语教师。担任过零起点及初、中、高级不同水平段学生的汉语教学工作，上过口语课、综合课、商务汉语课、辅导过HSK，有近五年的汉语教学经验。
参加过语言中心内部初级汉语口语、综合课学习资料的编写工作。专业理论方面，受教于潘文国、李露蕾、吴永毅、徐子亮、王珏等一批资深教授、专家。本科毕业论文《现代汉语述补结构中“得”字隐现条件探析》发表在《对外汉语教研论丛》一书上。
本人热心于汉语教学工作，具有良好的组织协调能力、团队精神和奉献精神。将尽自己最大的努力为学院的对外汉语教学工作出一份力、添一份彩！
给留学生的建议：汉语学习一定要敢于实践！留学生朋友们，请相信自己，大胆说出来，汉语水平一定会提高！
Cong Lin ,majored in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, came from International Chinese Department of East China Normal University in Shanghai. Now she is a full-time teacher at CICE of Hainan University.
In 2000 after four years’ , in 2004 she got the privilege to continue the graduate study in the same college. During the graduate years, she won the Excellent Graduate Scholarship that is only given to talented and matured students.
In regard to research experience and academic activity ,she participated the international cultural communication activity with Furmen University, Forginie University and Wasly University. She taught Chinese in East Mandarin, Long Mandarin and Chinese School in Shanghai. She taught Chinese the students mostly from Europe, USA, Korea, Japan, and taught them Oral Chinese, Intensive Chinese, Business Chinese and HSK. Meanwhile she has worked on a course of Chinese training for Philip Semiconducts, L’oreal and Anycall Co. Ltd. So she is an experienced Chinese teacher.
She is a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. More important, she has a passion on teaching Chinese and promise to work hard to make a worthwhile contribution to CICE.
A word for international students: Do believe youselves and speak Chinese! speak out please! Then your Chinese will be improved quickly!
