Biography:
Yu-Chun Xiao is a professor and Head of Business Administration Department in Zhejiang Gongshang University. He has taught and researched in the area of team behavior, organizational behavior, management psychology since 2000. His work includes the application of the team principles and the Creative Problem Solving model developed at Zhejiang Gongshang University to organizations including project managers and their teams in the China Mobile,ONCCC,etc.
Yu-Chun Xiao was an academic visitor of the University of Manchester from September 2007 to August 2008 in UK.
He joined Business Administration Department as Head of Department in November 2003, having been a Professor in Business Administration of Zhejiang Gongshang University.
He was a professor and vice head of Jiangxi Education Institution from 1992 to 2003.
Yu-Chun Xiao got the following Awards: Outstanding teacher of Zhejiang Gong Shang University in 2006, Outstanding instructor of Zhejiang Province in 2006, Outstanding Manager of Jiangxi Education Department in 1998, Outstanding teacher of Jiangxi Education Institute in 1996, One of the Ten Outstanding Young People of Jiangxi Province in 1995.
