3) Sequencing of genome and proteomics analysis of Arthrobotrys oligospora
2. Drug resistance mechanism of tobacco pathogenic fungi (e.g. Alternaria longipes, Phytophthora parasitica)
3. Application of microorganisms and enzymes in tobacco processing
1) Molecular mechanism of nicotine degradation by microorganisms
2) Structure and function analysis of enzymes involved in biosynthesis of vanillin
承担的科研项目和成果：
主持国家自然科学基金1项（30660107），云南省应用基础研究面上项目2项（2006C0004Q和2007C170M），云南省生物资源保护与利用重点实验室开放项目和云南大学校级科研项目（2005Q008B）各1项。此外，作为骨干研究人员参与973项目（2007CB411600），国家自然科学基金重点项目（30630003），国家自然科学基金项目（30570059），云南省应基重点项目（2004C0001Z）和云南省科技攻关及高新技术发展计划项目（2006GG22）等8项科研项目的工作。
协助张克勤教授指导真菌功能基因组实验室研究生的课题研究，目前协助指导在读研究生14名，其中博士生4名，已经毕业研究生6名。指导9名本科生完成毕业论文研究，其中2名入选云南大学优秀本科论文集。
获得2007年度云南省科学技术奖（自然科学类一等奖，排名6）和2008年云南大学伍达观教育基金优秀教师奖。
近三年来，发表研究论文36篇，其中SCI论文28篇。第一作者（和共同第一作者）SCI研究论文14篇，累计影响因子达到27.5。发表国际会议论文摘要6篇。申请发明专利8项，已授权4项。
