周启星老师介绍
周启星,男,1963年5月生,博士,博士生导师,长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。
1986年浙江大学获学士学位,1989、1992年于中国科学院分别获硕士、博士学位,1992-1994年在浙江大学进行博士后研究,1994-1997年任浙江大学副教授、环境化学教研室主任,1998年10月因入选中科院百人计划被中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所聘为研究员,2000年4月开始任中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所博士生导师。现任南开大学环境科学与工程学院院长、教授、博士生导师。
在国外的经历主要有:
1990年9-12月,德国Karlseruhe大学进行博士生联合培养;1995年1-6月,菲律宾科技部食品与营养研究所访问与合作研究;1997~2001年,英国女皇大学、伦敦大学分别依次任荣誉研究员和高级研究员;2001年10月~2003年2月,相继任英国女皇大学和美国Florida大学访问教授。
主要学术荣誉与获奖:
中国科学院“百人计划”入选者(1998),中国科学院“引进国外杰出人才”入选者(1999),中国科学院“百人计划”优秀团队首席科学家(2002),国家杰出青年科学基金获得者(2002),中国青年科技奖获得者(2004),首批新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选(2004),享受国务院特殊津贴专家(2004),长江学者特聘教授(2004),“生态安全复合高效絮凝剂研制及在水处理中的应用”获辽宁省科技进步二等奖(2005,排名第一),“土壤质量演变规律与持续利用”获江苏省科技进步一等奖(2005,排名第8),“污染土壤的植物修复技术及应用”获辽宁省科技进步二等奖(2006,排名第一)。

主要学术业绩:
(1)在实验基础上归纳出“互作态”的新概念并赋予定量化内涵与定义,首次提出并证实复合污染生态效应是矢量而不是标量以及污染物暴露的浓度组合关系而不是其本身的化学性质起决定作用的观点,发现复合污染生态效应存在“危害增时”现象,通过实验修正了教科书中一直沿用的“协同作用”和“拮抗作用”原有定义中不完整甚至错误的提法,并得到有关方面认可;
(2)积极倡导开展污染控制生态化学的研究,率先提出了“生态安全絮凝剂”和“生态安全高效絮凝剂”的概念,研制了一系列的生态安全复合高效絮凝剂并在水处理中得到成功应用;
(3)首次从理论上提出未污染区也有存在超积累植物的可能性,并以沈阳未污染地区40科160种农田杂草为筛选对象进行系统的室外盆栽试验,首次发现并报道了龙葵(Solanum nigrum)、球果蔊菜(Rorippa gobosa Turcz. Thell.)和紫茉莉(Mirabilis jalapa L.)为镉超积累植物,从而证实了这一理论的正确性,这在重金属污染土壤植物修复以及生态修复理论上是一个较大的突破;在这基础上,成功地进行了污染土壤植物修复的实际应用,并对其超积累机理进行深入研究,取得了重要进展。
在国内外核心刊物已发表学术论文350余篇(其中SCI/EI收入论文110余篇),著有中、英文学术专著10多部,申报专利17项,在国际学术会议上作特邀主题和专题报告40余次。
作为大会组委会主席,成功地组织了首届污染生态化学与生态过程国际会议以及全国污染生态学学术研讨会等学术会议;还作为执行主席之一,成功地组织了“污染土壤修复与生态安全”第212次香山科学会议。特别是,作为主要建议人,提出了“东北老工业基地环境污染形成机理与生态修复”和“环渤海地区复合污染、生态退化及其控制原理”的973项目建议,并得到认可和有关方面批准,这对于我国这两个经济与社会发展最为关键地区的生态安全具有重要的现实意义。
