1985年毕业于山东大学物理系，获理学学士学位；
1988年毕业于中国科学院等离子体物理研究所，获理学硕士学位；
1992年毕业于中国科学院等离子体物理研究所，获理学博士学位；
1996年中国科学院等离子体物理研究所，副研究员；
1998年调入大连理工大学三束材料改性国家重点实验室。
