1986年获得四川大学数学系非线性分析数学学士学位；
1989年获得四川大学数学系非线性分析数学硕士学位；
1993年获得加拿大戴尔豪斯大学数学博士学位;
1997年加拿大戴尔豪斯大学统计硕士学位；
1999年获得加拿大多伦多大学金融工程硕士学位.
在国外发表论文一百二十多篇专业论文，著有下列专著两本:
a)“The Study of Minimax Inequalities and Applications to Economies and Variational Inequalities”, Memoirs of the American Mathematical Society, No.625, American Mathematical Society, USA, 1998 (126 pages).
b)“KKM Theory and Applications in Nonlinear Analysis”, Monographs and Textbooks in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Vol.218, Marcel Dekker, USA, 1999 (640 pages)。
其研究领域跨越金融工商管理、公司全面风险管理、证券交易、财务审计、银行业, 保险业和能源行业风险管理咨询、金融保险业和能源行业衍生产品定价、非线性数学、随机分析、金融工程、数理统计、对策论以及数理经济和优化理论. 科研成果得到诺贝尔奖获得者Ken Arrow 教授 (斯坦福大学经济学教授) 和 John Nash 教授(纳什教授, 普林斯顿大学数学教授) 等一大批国际著名学术界权威的高度评价和称赞。
