1995年7月毕业于福州大学，获学士学位；1998年2月毕业于福州大学，获硕士学位。2001年12月取得国家计算机应用软件专业工程师，现为石家庄铁道学院副教授。
从事密码理论和网络与信息安全的科研与教学工作，研究兴趣涉及：信息与编码理论，计算复杂性理论，密码理论与技术，网络与信息安全等。
