郭志鸿，中央音乐学院钢琴系教授。钢琴家、作曲家。
1932年出生，5岁开始学琴。曾师从日本东京艺术大学著名钢琴教授：田村宏。1949年7月毕业于华北大学。同年9月分配到中央音乐学院工作团。1950年5月调干到中央音乐学院钢琴系当学员。
1955年7月在钢琴系师从著名钢琴教授朱工一先生，本科毕业。同年7月参加华沙青年联欢节国际比赛获奖。1957年7月在苏联专家阿兰.塔图良班上修毕研究生课程，获硕士学位。同年9月留校从事钢琴教学。1978年被评为中央音乐学院副教授，后赴日本。1980年至1989年在日本从事音乐活动。1989年9月回中央音乐学院继续在钢琴系执教，1991年被评为教授。
在长年从事钢琴教学、培养专业人材的同时，还致力于创作、演出活动。曾多次参加国内巡回演出，在各省、城演出，并举办个人独奏会。1978年参加赴美艺术代表团，在美国各城市巡演。1980年到日本在东京、千叶、冈山、奈良、市川等城市多次举办过独奏音乐会、协奏曲音乐会。
主要钢琴作品有：《变奏曲》、《新疆舞曲》、《喜相逢》、《春到公社》、两首《伊黎民歌》等多部作品；与他人合作创作有：钢琴协奏曲《战台风》钢琴合唱交响诗《蝶恋花》等。这些作品大多都公开发行，并进行过多次公演。还以新疆、蒙、藏、云南各民族音乐为题材创编了《钢琴与乐队曲集》，发行了六张唱片集。
Background
Zhihong Guo, pianist and composer, is a professor in the department of piano at the Central Conservatory of Music.
Born in 1932, Guo began to play piano when he was 5 years old. He had studied from TAMURA, the famous professor of piano at the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts & Music. In July, 1949, Guo graduated from the Huabei University and in September the same year, he was assigned to the work-team in the Central Conservatory of Music. Guo became a teacher in the department of piano at the Central Conservatory of Music in may, 1950.
Instructed by Zhu Gongyi, the eminent professor in the department of piano, Guo had received his Bachelor’s Degree in July, 1955. And he also won a price at a piano competition in the Warsaw International Youth festival the same year. After finished the graduated program aided by the Soviet specialist A.TATU RYAN, Guo got his Master’s Degree in July, 1957 and Became a piano teacher in the Central Conservatory of Music. Guo held the rank of associate professor in 1978. During the year of 1980 and 1989, He worked and performed in Japan and then return to the Central Conservatory of Music as a teacher in September,1989. Guo was ranked the professor in 1991.
During long years of teaching, Guo, the pianist, has produced many pieces of works. He joined domestic road shows and held personal concerts for many times. In 1978, as a member of arts delegation of China to U.S.A, Guo performed in many American cities. In 1980, Guo performed personally and cooperatively in Tokyo, Chiba, Okayama, Nara and Ichikawa of Japan.
The main piece of Guo’s piano works are Variations, Sinkiang Dance, Happy Meetings, Community in Spring and Fork Songs from Yili. Piano concerto Against Typhoon and symphonic poem Flowers and Butterfly are composed by Guo and Others. Most of the works above are published and performed for many times. Guo also compiled the Pieces for Piano and Band, which based on the music of Minority inhabited in Sinkiang, Mongolia, Tibet and Yunnan of China. Six CDs are published in the name of Guo.
