聂少平老师介绍
聂少平 博士,男,1978年生,主要从事糖生物化学、食品科学与分析、食品质量与安全、中药现代化及传统食品现代化等方向的研究与开发工作,曾合作主持和参加完成省部级项目5项,现参加国家自然科学基金及省部级项目5项,在《Carbohydrate Polymers》、《EURO FOOD RES TECH》、《Anal Bioanal Chem.》、《Science in China. Ser. C Life Sciences.》等国内外杂志发表相关论文30余篇,并多次参加学术会议并宣读论文。
