黄健荣，男，教授，博士生导师。PhD. MPA. BA.
英国纽卡斯尔大学哲学博士（师从公共政策学家Michael Hill教授），2000年12月应聘到南京大学执教。
主要研究方向：公共管理理论与实践、公共政策与决策分析、政府决策能力创新、政府管理改革、责任政府与政府问责等。
主要讲授课程：
（1）博士生课程—公共管理模式的嬗变与重构、现代决策理论与决策分析、政治科学的理论与方法；
（2）研究生课程—公共管理研究、决策理论与决策分析；
