研究领域
我们以训练过的猴子为实验对象,通过研究猴子在执行各种知觉任务时视皮层神经元的反应,来探讨视知觉的神经机制。我们的主要研究兴趣在于视觉及其皮层加工过程的自适应性,包括各种动态特性和可塑性,着重研究以下问题:(1)视觉神经元如何根据特定的图形上下文,动态地对各种图象信息进行整合和分割,从而形成知觉表象上的图形或背景;(2)选择性注意等高级认知功能如何动态地调节视觉神经元的反应特性,从而最为有效地处理视觉图象中与行为密切相关的信息;(3)过去的经验如何影响视觉神经元对熟悉的刺激的编码,以及知觉学习的神经机制,即知觉训练过程中所产生的内隐记忆是如何被存储和提取的。
