对外经济贸易大学教授,人文与社会科学学院院长,政治学博士,博士生导师,全国政策科学学会常务理事。
　　先后在中国人民大学攻读政治学专业,并获得法学硕士,博士学位,多次在海外从事科学研究和学术交流。目前主要从事政治学理论,中国政治学,行政学理论与实践的研究和教学。曾为安徽省首批中青年骨干教师和学科带头人,获得省部级科研教学奖励多项。出版有中英文著作数部,承担多项国内外重要课题研究,并在国内外学术期刊发表中英文论文四十余篇,其中多篇为《新华文摘》,中国人民大学报刊复印资料《政治学》,《中国政治》,《公共行政》,《国际共产主义运动》,《中国现代史》等权威期刊转载。作品广为索引和引用,在海内外产生一定影响。
